All written content on this Site, including the novel I’m Detective Danger, is © Hannah Joy Smith. You may read it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, redistribute, or use it to train AI/ML models without prior written permission.

Accounts

You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. Don’t share accounts.

Subscriptions

• The ad-free subscription is billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
• Promo codes (such as the friends & family rate) are non-transferable and may be revoked if misused.
• We don’t offer refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any user’s account.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish the Site’s content.
• Use the Site to violate any law.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hannah Joy Smith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.

Changes
